Review question papers (classroom owners)

Some classrooms have a paper setter: someone who writes question papers for the classroom and does nothing else. A teacher whom myedubuddy marks as an owner of the classroom reviews those papers and decides which batches take them.

  1. Step 1: On My classroom, select Question papers. It shows how many papers are waiting for you; you are also notified when a paper is sent.
  2. Step 2: Open a paper under Waiting for your review. Every question is shown with its correct option ticked and its explanation.
  3. Step 3: Select Approve if it is ready. An approved paper can no longer be changed. Or select Send back with a note, write what to change (for example "Q4 has two correct options") and select Send back. The paper setter sees your note with the paper and can send it again.
  4. Step 4: On an approved paper, under Batches that take this paper, tick the batches and select Save the batches. Their students then see the paper with their other papers, and you see their results on the batch page (see Papers and subjects). Untick a batch to hide the paper from it; results already given are kept.

A paper goes only to the batches you tick, one paper at a time. Teachers of a batch see only the papers given to their batch.
